when I bought my multimedia radio for my Tib I figured if I'm going to spend this much money on a headunit I better get the extended warranty just in case something goes wrong...glad I did...my radio started having distortion come accross all the speakers anytime you touched a button on it or changed any of the settings...I sent it back for warranty repair and of course it came back doing the same thing as before...I was lucky enough to upgrade to a new radio today with a few more options at no cost to me since the old one still wasn't working right after repair...did I mention I got the radio 4 years ago...so glad I got the warranty which was due to expire come July...all I had to pay for was a new warranty to cover the next 4 years...I definitelly suggest getting the extended warranty on any car audio that costs a pretty penny...:bananadance2:
my old radio...
my new radio...

Nice Sean . . . looks like the warranty paid off for you. Upgrade looks pretty sweet as well. _________________
